How to Write a Ritual
You want to write down your results. Your emotional state, whether you're happy, sad, angry, excited, indifferent, whatever is important too. The concept of this being involved in the scientific method, I don't really identify as a practitioner first. When what I'm doing has some of the familiar trappings of science and the methodology of science, it helps me get into the right headspace to do good ritual work.
