San Antonio Mayor Pete Buttigieg was in office for just two years before he resigned. The former mayor is now running to be the Democratic presidential nominee next year. In an interview with CNN's John Berman, Buttigieg said that his resignation would have been easier if he had stayed on as a Hillary Clinton administration official. He also argued that focusing on fixing problems rather than solving them makes him look more like a narrative politician.
