Introduction

In a recent article, La Clouis says that some sort of residual idealistic reading of Marxism is needed. The only way we can understand the relationship between idealistic superstructure and material basis is that you also have to understand that your tools are contingent on historical conditions. So this for me is a fundamental mistake in the reading of traditional Marxism.
