Do You Think Puton Is a Rational Actor?

I think that there's been a wholesale miscalculation on his part around the nature of the welcome or resistance, he'd receive in you crane. I don't see any real evidence that he is. Like, the whle thing is irrational. It is a hitler type mentality. This whole thing strikes one as deeply irrational. And now that he's getting all this evidence that it's not working out that way, the question is, does he double down, or does he rethink and write and a pull back?
