I find differential learning quite useful, particularly if you're a bit short on time. And actually you want to sort of almost give that kind of immediacy of movement possibility and allow someone to explore that very quickly then begin to reframe and narrow I did it. Now I'm slightly worried because Robert Howard wants to talk about internal and external focus of attention. But anyway let's see where we can go with the question. Yeah yeah yeah I think it's a really powerful kind of message to send if you're right If you want to kind of really make a powerful map statement and and show people the possibilities I think that that's a great great way to think of it.
