Skepticism is not communicating doubt, but actually a kind of negative certainty. It breaks that link between knowledge and certainty. The postmodernist can turn skepticism's parsmotic dogmatisms to actual forms of doubt. And from there it can lead us toward a kind of humble knowledge without certainty.
