The Effect of Carnitine on Fat Loss

You need muscular saturation over the course of time but timing and an immediate event still seems to matter. There is a timing dependent effect based upon the environment for which you're doing it so fat loss is a pretty good example. Taking this at the right time prior to training is up-regulating these enzymes to up-regulate beta oxidation as well as preserving glycogen.
