He was accused of a criminal conspiracy to have him imprisoned. Police put all these charges together in the hope that they would establish a pattern of behaviour, which the jury will see. He is increasingly now, you know, recovering his sort of position, I think, in the independence movement. Nicholas Sturgeon is his protege who turned against them and tried to destroy him. She's gone. But he's still around. And he's leading this new alboparty, who doesn't have any significant electoral support, but seems who attracted quite a lot of renegades from the old party. We don't know if it'll go anywhere.
