Today we’re joined by Julian Donovan.
Most of you might not know who Julian is as he’s been out of the parkour scene for about a decade now, but back in the early days he was a core member of the Cambridge parkour scene and a regular contributor to the old web forums that would serve as a global hub for the parkour community.
Today Julian works as an emergency medicine doctor, but I wanted to sit down and talk to him about those early days of parkour, how the art has evolved, and how the philosophy of parkour has shaped both his personal and professional life.
