The Future of Post-Gris
Post-gris is the most extensible database I've ever seen. People want it to be even more extensible, which is quite cool. Most extensions are much smaller and allow you to do something small. RDS played huge role in growing post-gris popularity. But at the same time, they have very strict list of extensions.
