Hospitalists can start people on methodone in a hospital setting. The federal rules about the first day having limit don't actually apply in a hospital. In her case, based on how she's feeling, you would score her on a cow'sYou or the nurses would be well trained and monitoring in getting an assessment on a cow’s score. And as you get more comfortable doing this work in the hospital, you'll sort of come up with a number. You have all the freedom in the world. It's a perfect time to get somebody on a stable dose.
