Nouns Dow - The Noun's Dow

Each noun is the governents token, essentially a vote. And then if you own one of these nowns, you get to vote people. Anybody can make a proposal and then the rest of the noun holders can vote in the nouns do. So that's basically what the nounce project is, and it's, it's a successful en of ta project.
