I think with a lot of organizations they're almost in some ways scared to ask for feedback and thoughts. I'd say maybe 80% of the things that people say well we should get paid more okay are going to be impossible to implement. How do you deal with that in a way that allows the individual that gave that feedback to feel like they're heard but it doesn't necessarily stop what you're going to do if that makes sense rightOkay so then this goes back to what we were discussing earlier with regard to explanation right do I all individual employees and explanation as an organization no I've asked them for feedback I get get the feedback yeah.
