I think it's a very important responsibility to have discrete events where people can come in and contribute that aren't the owners themselves. And I actually think that the loan portfolio could actually be worth more over time as an asset class as the property itself, and certainly it could be used against all sorts of interesting ways to propel the skills or you know I mean there's a whole I can just imagine all sorts of things in the model. But I think I mean I think it's super smart because it combines kind of elements of the micro finance model but in the sense that you have this pooled community that has collective incentive to ensure that the value of this property goes up.
