This chapter explores the difficulties faced in recreating the sounds of dinosaurs due to the absence of fossilized sound-producing structures. Highlighting a unique case of a fossilized cricket relative, it examines the potential for using similar methods to understand the vocalizations of these ancient creatures while recognizing the inherent challenges.
