In the UK, a quarter of all adults don't brush their teeth twice a day. Good dental hygiene has some obvious aboutches such as preventing cavities. But it can also benefit your overall health in surprising ways. Studies have shown that brushing and using interdental brushes on those tricky to reach bits may reduce your risk of stroke or stave off dementia. So better brushing, better health.
