How Much Does This Cost?
I think the biggest thing when it comes to onboarding is just remember that common sense is not common in any position. Just keeping that in mind and setting your expectations and verbalizing them or writing it down like you can't just expect them to know what you expect. I do like to kind of educate them on how much things actually do cost because especially if they're a new grad, they don't have a clue.
