Housing Inspectors View Justice as Retributive and Reparative
Housing inspectors use both retribution and more reparative ideas about doling out justice when they make decisions on inspections. "Stabs" are not really planned or calculated in the same way as something that we might think of as a resistance, let's say. They stem from normative ideals but stabs that justice are less likely to be geared toward wholesale change. Instead, their efforts to make things fairer in a moment at hand.
