The Effects of Secrets in the Workplace

Many people at companies have to hold secrets, and this is especially true executives. I'm wondering if you have any thoughts about the effects vit pandamic may have had on the way we think and keep secrets. Do you feel like covet has meant that they are actually fewer secrets within families because people are seeing more of their partners more of the time? Or data doesn't exactly suggest that....
