Don't have any of that artificial light from your electronic devices going through your eyes because when it does it actually lowers your melatonin production. We're tricking our brain in a very dangerous way when we use our electronic devices too late into the evening next up if you're feeling tired all the time you want to look at stress and it's not just a matter of reducing stress but embracing it.
