This is part two of our series on how to respond to critiques. Last week, stan and i spoke about why to give them - now we run out a time. Stan: How do i get useful feedback on my work? The answer is, ask for it. But i want to be more specific. That is my approach to a student who's coming in wanting feedback on work that i didn't assign to them. They just want feedback on their work. Those are probing questions. One will be to show you that it could use work on this. And the other would be to take an emotional temperature about your feeling about this work. Now if there was no question at all
