"I went to the College of Arts and Sciences majored in English. And Penn is a very business-oriented kind of place," she says. "So I started going to these orientation meetings that if you're interested in these jobs, some of the alums would come to the school." She was offered more in her first year coming out of school than her dad ever made as an assembly line worker.
