The Complexity of the ETS Market
The problem with this is it contains one stock, well, if you call a Walmart dropping 5% back and inside of a second, she calls it contained. But when you have multiple stocks doing it and they're members of ETS or indexes,. It makes it very complicated for the people who are trying to operate the ETS. And whenever there's complication or confusion, that instantly results in more volatility and less participation. So you end up with liquidity evaporating very quickly.
