How to Update Your Brain's Reward Value

The only way to change a behavior is to change the reward value. Our brains work based on what we can do instead of what we can't, and this is what I do in my clinic. This feeling of either distraction from the, from the exact anxious feelings or a false sense of control is what creates that initial habit loop. The second gear is updating your brain's reward value.
