What Is the Bore Effect, or Bore Shift?
If you can't breathe, typically you're going to experience er difficulties from the fact that there's too much common oxide. Or in other words, commont oxide toxicity is a bigger or more immediate problem than lack of oxygen. It's also the amount of carbon oxide which plays a role in uptake and delivery of oxygen. The way that works is through something called the bore effect, or bore shift,. And what this refers to is a shift in that oxygen dissociation curves.
