The Importance of Sleeper Tokens in Titans
If you spend influence on Meccatol, you might be vulnerable in the early game because you aren't getting your sleeper tokens activated and finished. They're like the only faction that you're literally gonna run out of PDFs. So I would say try and avoid it if you have to take it whatever. But there is an annoying factor of having your resources being all grouped up on planets where you can't always make use of the hell-tightened production.
