The Importance of Autonomy in CICD
In the new AI sort of driven world where we're entering into now there's going to be less owners on just writing code you just can ask AI to write a code it's more about you thinking about our system and delegating some of the typing work to an AI who can do a better job than you arguably definitely a faster one maybe just not just yet but I'm pretty sure we're gonna get there in the fast than most of us would think. In terms of autonomy being I think that's one of the most most common reason people actually leave their work is they feel lack of control over their own destiny or don't feel valued at work. And so that will be another technical challenge
