When you pull it up you’ll see a North Indian style chart, and if you scroll down you’ll also see the section called Dasha. Those four letters R A S U represent Rahu, Ketu, Sun, Jupiter, etc.—the sequence of dashas, or planetary time periods, that shape your life.

Every one of us is on a 120-year timeline of dashas, moving through the nine grahas for a set number of years. Ketu is 7 years, Venus 20, Sun 6, Moon 10, Mars 7, Rahu 18, Jupiter 16, Saturn 19, Mercury 17. Where you enter this cycle depends on the exact degree of your Moon at birth, so accurate birth time really matters. Even a few hours off could shift your starting point.

Later, Jupiter dasha brought recognition and awards, while his final Saturn dasha in Maga Nakshatra highlighted legacy, ancestors, and performing from a throne as health declined.

One of the most moving parts of Ozzy’s story is how Saturn in Magha gave him a chance to celebrate his legacy at the end of his life—surrounded by peers and fans at his final concert, raising money for charity, closing the circle of his karmic journey.
