Is There a Low Saturated Fat Diet?

If someone is trying to really keep it under the 20 grams per day, which is often recommended in those scenarios, I tend to kind of ask them to give it a trial without a lot of red meat. An egg is probably a gram and a half of saturated fat. So if you're looking to get 20 grams or less in a day and you're getting three grams because you have two eggs, you could probably continue to tolerate that just fine. And sometimes just seeing that data and working with patients can be really helpful.
