The SEC has much less of a hands-on model in this world of hedge funds and private equity funds than they do in public securities. I think that's the reason why you can get excess return in the private markets is because they are less efficient. If Apple comes out with a new announcement or new earnings report, it's gonna be half a second before that's completely baked into the price. Whereas we have looked at some things, for example, 4X trading funds. And I just ultimately don't have confidence in some cases, hey, I'm not 100% sure this is not a fraud. There is too much risk here.
