Lifestyle factors are so huge, like training at night and too much coffee. Some people would rather just get sick than change their lifestyle because it changes scary. But the real hard work is changing it without having any hardships. There's not many people that do it - especially if you go into the older generation. You can't tell my mum with that. They can't explain to them. And they'll nod and then gone do the same.
