How to Grow a Community at a Smaller Size
When you're growing a community, it's really exciting when there's a place that you're part of. So I think what you have to do is rather than prevent it from happening. There are quite a few people I could think of who I knew through the community who got jobs at Pulumi and we're so excited. You don't want to actually prevent that from happening because those people will actually be great additions to your organization in lots of ways. And being able to relinquish a hundred percent of your control can be hard as an organization.
