Remembering Donald Macleod

Grace in Common

CHAPTER

Macleod's Reconstruction of the Westminster Confession

BBC put out a documentary about Macleod maybe 10 years ago and he talks about how coming out of that experience gave him this strong desire for an articulation of faith that was intellectually credible. I wonder if part of what makes him so appealing is because he's reconstructed it in his own mind to defend it. At times he has said the church should itself like as an institution should have a voice in politics um but then he leads on caipirin He says we need some way to articulate our faith within the political system you know as christians. i think one of the things that always frustrated town was he identified with the labor party and in the uk.
