Smallpox Vaccine

You can easily tell who has been vaccinated or not, judging from the smallpox scar that they have. The vaccine itself, when freeze dried, has really high longevity and it's really stable. And so you can transport it to these tropic countries where there tend to be a lot of more cases of smallpox. But immunity tends to only last about four to five years.
