How Easy Is It to Manage the Client's Expectations?
Food can present many and varied challenges but I keep hearing about another challenge keeps popping up the client. How easy is it to manage the client's expectations because from what you're saying they have a lot. Yeah I'll chime in here basically every minute of the day is costing the client about $150 a minute. Wow. So no wonder they want you all working really hard. Yes. But yes dealing with the client is the whole big part of this whole process as far as setting expectations meeting those expectations and then delivering the final product.
