What Are the Metrics That Are So High Risk?

There's still too much of a risk that someone could grab that and kind of use it in overly simplistic or reductive ways. There are just some things that we won't measure because it's not worth it. And one of our really strong opinions is that, especially because it's data about people, the metrics are the starting point for a conversation.
