Cody: What I love about each of these businesses that you built is just that you didn't necessarily have like sit out in stone. It was more, hey, I'm paying attention. I'm listening. I'm trying to hustle. And it's kind of a parallel path to what I've taken with real estate investing. If you really invest yourself in doing something and becoming good at it then there's always somebody else who wants to learn the next step with you. So educating and delivering education online is awesome. You can double your income year over year if you're selling things or you can sell them for higher prices. That's another reason why I'm such a big advocate
