The Sliding Scale

Mike McAllolowitz: I would say that a lot of the people listening, there's probably a lot of people that are inspired to have their own company and be an entrepreneur. And then give them a little road map, a simple road map of how to set this up. For those individuals listening, what would you recommend to start out as how much one, first, how much they should be taking percentage to pay themselves? Or does it increase and decrease as there is a sliding scale depending on how much more the company makes?
