How to Forecast the Future When Things Are Uncertain

How can businesses forecast the future when the future seems nearly impossible to predict? Man, that's such a good question. The way to do it is to do the forecast, but you have to do a number of forecasts as the way you handle uncertain future. What you do and what we do is you make the best case, worst case and that base case scenarios. And ideally, reality is caught between those scenarios somewhere.
