The Value of Instructional Design
i think in the past ten years, the biggest change is that the tools are easier to use to develop it. That's a blessing and a curse,. It's made it more accessible to any number of organizations who you don't have to hire a programmer. But i've also seen it abused, where people take what could have been a two page p d f and break it up into all these little pieces because they wanted to make it interactive. So i think we need to be careful about t, like he said, the value of instructional design in the process.
