The Importance of Reading History

The idea of history has changed over time. C.S. Lewis was talking about the Middle Ages. They didn't have to make up something from their head, they wanted to artfully tell stories. Star Wars is just a derivative from other stories and that's why we love it. It's not an insult. I almost think it taps into something deeper because it's referencing old stuff.
