How to Decentralizedly Manage Your Treasury

The way it's currently done is someone makes a forum post says like hey we should do x with the treasury people discuss for two weeks then they do a snapshot vote. The network effect of DeFi comes in when like protocol A uses protocol B maybe its treasury diversifies puts a part of them on-chain and that lowers their transaction costs so more people use those protocols. There's this synergistic effect of like protocols using each other and that network effect is the beauty i think of a lot of the early eath DeFi that was when people really understood what composability meant or why it was important to loop these things together.
