How to Be a Better Mentor for Undergraduates

I'm really a big fan of like group based projects where a bunch of folks can collaborate with each other, especially if they're undergraduates. And that sort of opens up more spots for people to come and participate in research. I think it's quite possible for many, because it is often sort of just not well communicated. Yeah, and especially it's interesting with professors because it's easy to sort of see them as these mythical figures that are just like, I don't know, just amazing and superhuman. But then you see what's happening and you are reminded that they are just human and fundamentally no different from you as a second year of PhD student or whatever.
