"We don't need more experience. We need a work ethic that by the time you're done there, you're so tired you don't want to go back," says Coss. Kevin Costner (@modernwest) is an internationally renowned filmmaker. He is considered one of the most critically acclaimed and visionary storytellers of his generation.
