I think a lot of people you should be reinvesting in your business as much as possible just to keep being drive powder. But at the same time people should also consider actually taking money out of the business. It really depends on what vehicles you're using to run your asset management company and that was maybe what I can do is getting into as well. Why wouldn't Corey just distribute cash to himself and make those decisions in his own personal portfolio? And why would he use capital and newfound balance sheet to buy commercial real estate that's totally independent of what newfound is created to do?"
