I think athletes should be plant based and I'm not sure many nutritionist dieticians would disagree with me. A massive portion of every plate should be vegetables, carbohydrates, rice, foods like that. And then on top of that, a good portion of lean protein. So we can get plant based with a nice piece of salmon, cold chicken, some eggs, or whatever,. Then great. Do you think one thing that it did do was really push to the athlete to be important soft plant based foods? It really did emphasize the importance of carbohydrates for high intensity exercise. The keto style approach to performance has been hijacked a bit over the last few years in terms of how people are eating
