The Evolution of the Central Police Forces in the Country
The rapid action force (RAF) was set up in the late 80s early 90s. The RAF is a more cosmopolitan integrated force and therefore less liable to be swayed one way or the other when dealing with writer's situations. As far as my experience is concerned, I think the RAF has done good work. Every time the RAF has been called, it has won the trust and confidence of the general population where they have been deployed.
