The Importance of Individual Tailoring for Social Workers
A Sydney hospital ground to a halt because social workers were not facilitating discharge planning. I think it's the individual tailoring that social workers do so well. And if you can't do that, then the discharge can go wrong. Oh, absolutely. Or the discharge just simply won't happen. Yeah.
