Celer X

Cler X, one of the best financed Amazon aggregators in Europe, is being sued by a company in the US. The game company asserts that Celer X had agreed to pay it a further 900 K after a year, but not if sales had decreased by more than 15%. But Celer X tells Sifted that it always complies with its legal commitments and that it will defend itself in court.
