The Lessons Learned From the 2009 Pandemic
There were multilateral meetings between the u.s mexico and canada kind of where this swine flu was each one and one was centered for much of the pandemic. The idea was look pandemics don't respect borders um so we need to be having these conversations with our neighbors to make sure that this pandemic response is coordinated. There were studies being done about how to more efficiently and effectively make sure the vaccines get to other parts of the world.
